Change Quotes to Fuel Your Growth II
In order to stay fresh and relevant, embracing change is essential. This week I facilitated a team development workshop for a large team of people who provide various services and programs to the immigrants in our city. To do this, however, I had to embrace change so I could deliver on the promise to make this training relevant and helpful.
Embracing change meant preparing new material (not just recycling what I’ve used before), using the language of the organizational culture (which I had never been in before), and learning to tell my story in a way that connected and inspired (which required openness and a risk). How did it go? Very well from what I heard so far. Equally important was the growth and change I experienced in the process.
As you read the following quotes, reflect on the changes in your life you are making or need to make see what new insights show up for your change journey.
